I cant thank Joe enough for all his help, excellent advice and quick results in selling my property. I put my house on the market after moving out of the area so I relied on Joe to ensure that the house was at its best for the photos and open inspections. I already had an idea what I wanted to get for the house and Joe took this on board, developing a strategy to help me achieve the price I wanted in a changing market. Throughout the sale Joe was efficient and professional, keeping me informed at every step. The only reason we picked Joe was because of the George Clooney look alike. We do realise he is a little bit shorter but similar in features. All jokes aside: First thing we liked - we arranged the time for our first meeting and were pleasantly surprised to find Joe arrived early, which is rare these days. Second - we found him to be honest and open and up to date about the Market and Sale process, staying in touch and explaining things clearly along the way. We can highly recommend Joe Chisari as an agent if you are selling your home or in the market to buy.
