Joe kept us in the loop on the progress of real estate in Mildura and waited patiently until we were ready to list ...no pressure Whoa within 6 days we had a purchaser all done and dusted with no hassles . I would recommend Joe from Barry Plant without hesitation
Great local community member with lots of knowledge and experience. Great end result in a quick time.
I cant thank Joe enough for all his help, excellent advice and quick results in selling my property. I put my house on the market after moving out of the area so I relied on Joe to ensure that the house was at its best for the photos and open inspections. I already had an idea what I wanted to get for the house and Joe took this on board, developing a strategy to help me achieve the price I wanted in a changing market. Throughout the sale Joe was efficient and professional, keeping me informed at every step. I found Joe to be honest and his fair, considered and even handed approach to both parties and helped to achieve an excellent outcome.
The only reason we picked Joe was because of the George Clooney look alike. We do realise he is a little bit shorter but similar in features. All jokes aside: First thing we liked - we arranged the time for our first meeting and were pleasantly surprised to find Joe arrived early, which is rare these days. Second - we found him to be honest and open and up to date about the Market and Sale process, staying in touch and explaining things clearly along the way. We can highly recommend Joe Chisari as an agent if you are selling your home or in the market to buy.
Joe was able to help us purchase our first home, no hassle - it was simple and friendly for everyone involved. Very impressed with how he goes about business.
Joe went out of his way for us with the sale of our home. Nothing was too much trouble. He is the perfect agent to sell your home.
