We met Joe when we purchased our new home from him. We found him very good to deak with and so decided to have him sell out existing home. He kept us up to date with what was happening and worked closly with us to develop our selling strategy and get the sale. I definitely think his contacts in the market helped with our sale.

Joe's knowledge of the market was excellent. He communicated regularly and was very patient. At all times he was considerate of our expectations and gave good feedback after inspectinos.
