"Excellent agent"
We were referred to John because of his reputation for being an 'off the plan' specialist. His ability to sell projects before they are completed outshines his competition. Having bought and sold many homes and development sites over the years I know a good agent when I mett one. John was on the ball, acted promptly and had alll the answers. His market knowledge gave us confience to proceed with this devlopment. John shines in a domain of creating sales for townhouses prior to being built

"My agents of Choice for Life"
ONE HARD WORKING AGENT! We were highly referred to John by a friend of ours who had seen him conduct and and amazing auction in the local area at 1 Ashlar Road Moorabbin. The young agent's enthusiasm is contagious and a fresh breath of air. Though: John's fee seemed expensive at first, he assured us that the net outcome would be a result exceeding our expectations and boy was he right. We took his advice to take the home to auction, yet he managed to negotiate an ofer prior to auction that we simply could not refuse. John will be our agent of choice for life and we cannot stress that you NEED TO MEET THIS YOUNG MAN!

We appointed John to market and sell our development project after hearing about what he could do through friends of ours who had also sold through him years ago.
