We were referred to John because of his reputation for being an 'off the plan' specialist. His ability to sell projects before they are completed outshines his competition. Having bought and sold many homes and development sites over the years I know a good agent when I mett one. John was on the ball, acted promptly and had alll the answers. His market knowledge gave us confience to proceed with this devlopment. John shines in a domain of creating sales for townhouses prior to being built
John was very thorough and informative during the sale of my property. At every stage he provided me with an update on how things were going which made me feel comfortable and confident that I had chosen the right agent to sell my property. I ended up getting nearly 100k over my reserve - I don't think this could have been achieved without John.
ONE HARD WORKING AGENT! We were highly referred to John by a friend of ours who had seen him conduct and and amazing auction in the local area at 1 Ashlar Road Moorabbin. The young agent's enthusiasm is contagious and a fresh breath of air. Though: John's fee seemed expensive at first, he assured us that the net outcome would be a result exceeding our expectations and boy was he right. We took his advice to take the home to auction, yet he managed to negotiate an ofer prior to auction that we simply could not refuse. John will be our agent of choice for life and we cannot stress that you NEED TO MEET THIS YOUNG MAN!
We appointed John to market and sell our development project after hearing about what he could do through friends of ours who had also sold through him years ago. He always kept us posted on the progress of the campaign and we had full confidence every single possible buyer was attended to. He gave us the feedback and didn't sugar coat anything. The team whom John works with are extremely attentive and made the whole process stress free. The end result we achieved for the property was so much more than we could have imagined and we know how hard he worked to secure us a fantastic offer and getting this sold prior to the scheduled auction for a price we could have only dreamt of.
John did an amazing job getting us a brilliant price on our home. His honesty is refreshing and communicates throughout the opens thoroughly. I highly recommend John as your next agent!
John is a very enthusiastic agent. He is thorough and works hard to get a great result. Throughout the sale process he constantly kept me up to date with offers and how the sale process was progressing and he negotiated a very strong sale result which made me happy. I would strongly recommend John to anyone who wishes to sell their property at a very good price.
