Thank you for inviting us to comment on the recent sale of our home at auction with John Moran from Whitford Real Estate. Whitford and John Moran are without peer - would be the best way we could describe the experience of selling through your agency. From our initial phone call and meeting with you we were constantly impressed by you and the Whitford process including: professionalism, punctuality, presentation and performance. On auction day we were delighted to have multiple bidders with an outstanding result. We were particularly delighted to have such a speedy sale when we saw similar houses (not sold by Whitford!) languishing on the market for months. "Outstanding Customer Service"
Just a quick note to let you know how happy we were with you selling our house. Not only did you make the whole process as easy as possible, but we really felt you actually listened to us. We have recently bought a new house & dealing with the other agents out there only made us more appreciative of what you did for us. Your customer service was outstanding, & John we can't thank you enough for always keeping us in the loop & meeting with us whenever we needed a chat. You were so honest & we really valued your opinion. So although we plan on never moving again (!) you would be our first point of call if we did! "Brilliant"
I just thought Id drop you a quick line to put a good word in for John Moran. I recently purchased 30 Esperence Crescent, Highton and would like to give feedback on his performance. I found John to be brilliant, he was flexible, a good communicator and articulate in the negotiations. Even at one stage when we thought the deal was dead in the water, he stuck in there and really seemed to sweat it out to achieve the sale. Not sure what the vendor thinks, but I must admit he worked hard to keep us in there. The vendor came down but we also came up. So in the end he gave the sale process justice. I know it may seem a little unorthodox to receive good words from the purchaser, but I think its important for you to be informed of his efforts. Even post sale he has been excellent to deal with up to final inspection. He is a good ambassador for your company and has certainly left a positive impression from this sale.

John, thank you and your staff for the great experience we had with your company in the purchase of 397 Pakington Street Newtown.My wife and I fell in love with the property from the start and as this meant a move back from interstate after 25 years away from Geelong we were very keen to ensure we got the right property. Your attention to detail and your engagement with us made the process much easier and while I know your main aim was to maximise the outcome for your client you did that well while ensuring we didn't feel pressured or uncertain about the deal We paid a good price and Im sure your client was happy as well. "Couldnt be more impressed with the outcome"
John has recently sold our property for us, and we couldnt be more impressed with the outcome. Not only did he get the job done at record speed, but achieved a selling price far beyond our expectations. Given that our property was tenanted during the sale process, John made sure that any of our concerns were addressed promptly, that it was looking its best for the marketing photos, and ready to go on open day. (We only needed 1!) Weve found John to be down to earth, easy and relaxed to communicate with, and would recommend his services to anyone buying or selling their property.

"A breezy and stress free experience"
I wanted to write to express further how impressed I was with the very quick sale of our home. Dealing with John Moran was fantastic. His communication was brilliant & I found him to be highly organised. His attention to detail was amazing even little things like attaching a list of extras of our house to the back of the brochure really impressed us and made us really pleased to be dealing with him. His feedback was brilliant and I felt comfortable and at ease dealing with him. He delivered the results for us and always steered me in the right direction as where he thought things were heading or headed. I would highly recommend John to my friends and family. I also wanted to make mention of my dealings with Heidi Trempel. I was SO impressed when John phoned me to let me know that Heidi was coming into my home to prepare my house for me before an inspection she wanted to check that my heater was on and put all the lights on etc this meant a great deal to me as it showed that she really cared and wanted our house presented the best it possibly could. I found her enthusiastic and passionate towards my home when she first came through which obviously filtered through to the buyers that she found for us. She did a brilliant job and I found her also to be highly organised and professional. All in all the mix was perfect for us and dealing with your company has left me highly impressed and at ease. Nothing was too hard, nothing was left to guess it was all very professional but with a warmth that made me feel really comfortable. I would highly recommend to any potential vendors that I also really felt that the brilliant marketing campaigns you had on offer were also a huge influence on how successful our quick sale was. As a successful vendor I would highly highly recommend this to any friends or family wanting to sell. I think it is imperative to put your property out there and the Whitford marketing campaigns were a perfect mix and took advantage of these opportunities. Your marketing is second to none and I truly believe it to be a huge part of our success. Your photography was the best I have ever seen and made our house look amazing! We met John Moran earlier this year when we purchased a prime property in Newtown. My wife and I were most impressed with the way he handled the sale efficiently with minimal fuss.
