Johnathan has been an enormous help in our process of finding a place to live. From our first meeting, he was attentive and understood our needs and preferences. Based on this, he took great initiative in offering us alternatives. He quickly arranged private inspections that suited our availability. Furthermore, Johnathan followed up promptly by phone to better understand our impressions of the places we visited. Finally, when we decided on one of the properties he had shown us, his guidance throughout the application process, the move-in date, and the documentation was excellent. These situations are always stressful and tiring; honestly, Johnathan's assistance made it more human and easier to navigate.
