Being the buyer, John has been very quick to an ambitious level to get information between all parties and tries to give transparency on what's going on. He's gone beyond expectation with communication, organising for family members and the building inspector to come through and is always letting me know he's happy to be called if I've got any other questions. Even though feeling hunted at times has been abit much, I can respect that he's doing so to do a good job for his client. And he's been well mannered even when my limited knowledge on this daunting procedure might be frustrating. If I end up selling this property years later, his name will be on my mind
