"Not often you meet one like this"

We recently purchased a house, our first home, through this agent. When we met John, we were ready to give up on buying a house. We had been looking for a long time and had some negative (unprofessional and unrealistic) experiences with other agents along the way. John restored our faith. He was professional from the get go and flexible/patient when little things like a cyclone and flooding got in the way of sale. Nothing was too much trouble. His experience was evident in all of our intercations. The pricing of the property was realistic and spot on. Thankyou John. You made it all too easy. It was an absolute pleasure working with you.

I am a recent Buyer of a property being handled by John on behalf of the Seller. John clearly represented the Sellers interests during our negotiations, which I appreciated (no behind the scenes stuff going on). I felt I was dealing with a credible agent which was important to me. I found John very knowledgeable about property values and what was happening with the market in the Shailer Park area. He was also well versed about contractual processes and time frames associated with selling and buying houses. I would probably sum up by saying if your looking for a no nonsense agent who can cut through the 'guff' of real estate 'speak' he is probably your man.

When you want to sell the best thing you can have is your real estate agent as your neighbour because if the agent lives there, it must be a good place to live. In our case John was very professional in the marketing of our property and also secured a good price for our property. What more could you ask!
