Following our decision to downsize, we recently listed and sold our home in Putney through John Paranchi at McGraths. John is very professional and an expert in his field. Both John and Danielle were a pleasure to deal with, they kept all communication with us open and honest and sold our home in record time. We have known John since we moved into the area 16 years ago and he has great local knowledge and a wide network of clients, both buyers and sellers. We are delighted with our positive experience with John and his team, in particular, Danielle, who kept things running smoothly and efficiently!
John provided accurate and timely advice to us throughout the marketing campaign. As a vendor I was pleased to receive regular updates regarding buyer feedback and pricing . John's experience in dealing with two cautious buyers at our auction was a big factor in us achieving a sale that met our expectations just above our reserve price . We would highly recommend John and his team to people buying or selling property in the Gladesville and Hunters Hill areas.
John and Nick Very proactive, well knowledge in the property market. Buying or selling your home can be a stressful and emotional experience. With John and Nick as your team, you can be sure the experience is enjoyable. We would highly reoommend John and Nick to any friend, relative, business associate or client looking to buy or sell their home.
John and his team provided timely advice, professional guidance and excellent information during the course of the marketing campaign - John has a proven track record in Tennyson Point and this was evident on a number of occasions during the campaign. Thanks John.
I found John and his team very friendly, professional and always available when I needed. I would highly recommend John and his team.
When the market's tough, experience counts.
I would just like to say thank you to John and his team for assisting us with the sale of 5 Donnelly Street, Putney. Our experience with then was great, and we will defiantly be recommending their business to other people in the future, and will use John Paranchi and the team again. We were not at all cautious to decide to work with John, his professionalism was very appealing.

Thank you to John and his team for selling my mothers house. I knew of John prior to the sale, so I wasnt at all hesitant about working with McGrath and John. His track record was what ultimately made me decide to go with John and the team, the experience was great and they got the job done. We will be using John Paranchi and the team at McGrath again. Kind Regards, John
I would just like to say what a fine tuned exceptionally professional team John, Peter, Nicole and Skye made and I am grateful that we connected. Many thanks for managing the sale of our home. My friend Geoff Grist recommended McGrath and spoke very highly of John, which ultimately made us decide to work with them. I will defiantly recommend their business; their customer service from beginning to end was incredible! I felt confident with their advice and sales strategy and it proved to be effective.
