"Reduce your rent twice!!"

Total disappointment, after responding to Barry Plant promotion ad, we thought we would give a go. Mistake no 1! This agent have no priorities to focus, we have been asked twice to reduce our rental (Mistake 2!) and each time said they have confident and was competitive due to market situation. Previous rent was $730, initial she suggested ad was $650, then asked to go down to $590, a couple of weeks later again persuaded to further reduce to $550. Each time saying no takers, market bad etc. Despite all these our property , were not able to rent out after more than 2 months. Longest ever!! Right after the expiration, we changed over to RayWhite and guessed what, it was rented out within a week and we continued to receive even more applications!!
