My impression was that he was more focused on the buyer than on the vendors especially towards the end of the selling process. Apart from trying to get us down on price there was no attempt to maximise the outcome for us even though we were paying the commission. We felt we were left on our own with the negotiations at the end. Also, he became quite aggressive towards us over minor details in order to appease the buyer. We noted that the buyer gave him a 5-star review I am sure they would have. Good agent for the buyer-bad for seller.
