We engaged Sam and Joseph to sell our family home of 58 years. Sam is probably the most experienced agent servicing the strathfield area. Sam has exceptional interpersonal skills. He, Joseph and their team really care about their client and also their potential purchasers. Sam goes above and beyond. For example, the roses needed trimming - so Sam turns up at the house and attends to this. I knew at all times Sam had our best interests at heart. He and Joseph exceeded our expectations. I would strongly recommend Sam, Joseph and their team if you want to best experience in the sale of your home. If you are thinking of selling - this agency stands out as having the leading personalised service in the area. Thank you sincerely for all of your hard work.
We would like to thank Sam & Joseph from Georges Ellis & Co for assisting us with the sale of our home. Our family & friends have dealt with Joseph and Sam before which made it an easy decision to sell our family home through them. Joseph and Sam were very honest & easy to deal with throughout the process. We are very happy with the result.
