We engaged Sam and Joseph to sell our family home of 58 years. Sam is probably the most experienced agent servicing the strathfield area. Sam has exceptional interpersonal skills. He, Joseph and their team really care about their client and also their potential purchasers. Sam goes above and beyond. For example, the roses needed trimming - so Sam turns up at the house and attends to this. I knew at all times Sam had our best interests at heart. He and Joseph exceeded our expectations.
