"Highly recommended!"
Our experience with Josephine was nothing but seamless. She went above and beyond in ever possible way to make our house sale a great success. She was super efficient, knowledgeable, helpful, patient and made the entire process very stress free. We found her extremely honest with our questions or queries, and she was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

"Very positive experience"
I found Josephine when I went to a home open.. I had a quick chat to her and she came over to appraise our investment property which we were getting ready to put up for sale. She was very positive, very upbeat and most of all honest and in no way pushy. She knew exactly what she was talking about in regards to the suburb and what price we would get etc and she was spot on. Our house sold very quickly (first home open 5 days on the market) and settlement was just as quick. The whole process was very transparent and she kept us informed all the way through. We would definitely recommend Josephine and Semple for anyone looking to buy or sell. P.S.. if your selling and thinking about using staging for your property.. I recommend to do it 100%.. Thanks Josephine your amazing.

"Lovely interaction and so easy to deal with"
My partner purchased a house, we dealt with Josephine who was really helpful, friendly and lovely to deal with. Made the whole thing a breeze. Super happy in the new place and have been able to get in contact with anything we needed since settlement. Would recommend and use again :)

"Why To Sell With Josephine"
I knew pretty much instantly that I wanted to have Josephine sell my home. This was my first home and selling was daunting. However, a friendly chat over the phone sold me to the idea and to Josephine. She is incredibly talented at what she does, but she is also friendly, welcoming, always happy to give advise (when I sorely needed it) and kept me up to date throughout the entire process. Cannot recommend her enough and due to that she is now selling my sisters home for her 10/10 amazing to work with Josephine

Josephine is an absolute STAR! Friendly yet professional...competent & knowledgeable...really knows her stuff. Our home was marketed quickly & professionally...paperwork was signed on a Thursday, property online Friday & first home open Saturday. Several offers were presented after 1st home open weekend & sale was negotiated & signed off within 2 weeks! We achieved a great price too! This was the 3rd house we have sold through Semple's and cannot recommend "Team Semple" highly enough. Would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you so much Josephine :)

"Tough one to sell"
had my block of land on the market for a year with no bites and rarely any contact with another agent. I transferred to Semple with Josephine as the agent. Within days she had arranged a Website presence for my property. The weekly reports kept me informed as well as timely, updating phone calls. During the eventual negotiations with a buyer, again, I was informed of every process and procedure along the way. The professionalism and excellent negotiating skills saw my block sold in a timely manner during perhaps one the most difficult times this country has experienced. A heartfelt thank you for all the support and help given throughout this sale by all those involved.
