"A Real Estate Agent Who Can Be Trusted - A Truly Rare Breed"
After 10 months working with a well-known, high profile real-estate firm who turned out to be totally unethical, dishonest, lazy and inept, I met Joseph Yap by accident in my apartment building where he was in the process of selling another property. How lucky I was! Joseph (and his partner Gina) proved to be everything that my former agents were not. Totally honest. Realistic in price expectations. Hard working, diligent, and committed to getting me a sale at a fair price. Six weeks later my apartment was sold in a falling market ,at a price that exceeded expectations. Cannot fault Joseph...nor Gina, nor First National Real Estate North Balwyn. Dont go anywhere else!
