Joseph came highly recommended from a close friend and from the get go he exceeded our expectations. His passion for real estate, professionalism, honesty and constant communication throughout the entire process of selling our home made the experience an enjoyable one. I would highly recommend Joseph and his entire team at First National Balwyn North for any property related services.
After 10 months working with a well-known, high profile real-estate firm who turned out to be totally unethical, dishonest, lazy and inept, I met Joseph Yap by accident in my apartment building where he was in the process of selling another property. How lucky I was! Joseph (and his partner Gina) proved to be everything that my former agents were not. Totally honest. Realistic in price expectations. Hard working, diligent, and committed to getting me a sale at a fair price. Six weeks later my apartment was sold in a falling market ,at a price that exceeded expectations. Cannot fault Joseph...nor Gina, nor First National Real Estate North Balwyn. Dont go anywhere else!
Absolutely delighted with the service and support of Joseph in the negotiation of, and sale of our home. Always ready to answer questions and provide advice. Thoroughly exceeded our expectations.
Thank you to Joseph and his team for helping my family to purchase our 1st home in Balwyn. We found him very helpful, even after we moved in. We would recommend him and his team to help you buy or sell your house. We feel like he treated us like a family member rather than just a client. He is very honest and work hard.
