Josie Borg went the extra mile to sell my property in Woodend, especially given the extra difficulties imposed by COVID 19. Her local contacts knowledge and ideas for presenting the property at its best, as well as helping out with gardening and maintenance in my absence, made all the difference. I whole heartedly recommend her.
Selling a house is never easy, especially when you are trying to do it remotely from oversea's. Josie went above and beyond to make sure the house was presented well, the right buyers were shown the house and that everything went smoothly. I really appreciate the massive effort that she went to and highly recommend her services whether you are buying or selling.

When it came to selling our family home of over 25 years, we chose RT Macedon Ranges as our Real Estate Agents for three reasons; (1) The high quality of their photographs and advertisements locally; (2) Their connection with potential purchasers in Melbourne, through associated RT Edgar offices; and (3) Their local reputation for professionalism, including a strong recommendation from some friends who had recently engaged them. Our friends had mentioned that their RT Edgar consultant and had worked tirelessly to sell their house and we were not disappointed in that regard. We found that our Sales Consultant, Josie Borg, from the Gisborne office, was excellent in her roll. Josie was attentive to our requirements and enabled us to present the house in the best possible way for the market. She understood our expectations and communicated well with us. Plus, she clearly had a good rapport with potential purchasers. She was consistently available for any inquiries and was conscientious in keeping us informed about developments. Regarding the advertising and management of the sale of our house, we were very satisfied with bot the process and the outcome and we attribute this to Josies personal integrity, her great work and RT Edgars corporate approach.
I would like to thank you for your assistance with the sale of my property. Your professional handling of the property made the experience very pleasant indeed. Thank you also to your crew at RT Edgar for their input and support to you. Would you also thank your photographer, the photos no doubt assisted in the sale of the property. To see the property in two weeks, well that was amazing, and I do thank you again for your handling of the sale, and will recommend you to my friends in the Macedon Ranges.
