Selling a house is never easy, especially when you are trying to do it remotely from oversea's. Josie went above and beyond to make sure the house was presented well, the right buyers were shown the house and that everything went smoothly. "Attentive to our requirements"
When it came to selling our family home of over 25 years, we chose RT Macedon Ranges as our Real Estate Agents for three reasons; (1) The high quality of their photographs and advertisements locally; (2) Their connection with potential purchasers in Melbourne, through associated RT Edgar offices; and (3) Their local reputation for professionalism, including a strong recommendation from some friends who had recently engaged them. Our friends had mentioned that their RT Edgar consultant and had worked tirelessly to sell their house and we were not disappointed in that regard. We found that our Sales Consultant, Josie Borg, from the Gisborne office, was excellent in her roll. Josie was attentive to our requirements and enabled us to present the house in the best possible way for the market. She understood our expectations and communicated well with us. Plus, she clearly had a good rapport with potential purchasers. She was consistently available for any inquiries and was conscientious in keeping us informed about developments.
