"Hi, I recently rented an apartment through elevate property."
I was very happy with the prompt attention I was given from both Daniel and Joy. They were quick to get approval on moving in and set up. Any issues I had they well easily reached by email and mobile, which I thought was a very practical and professional way of communication. When it came to moving out they helped with giving all contacts for removal and cleaning and the cleaners were very good. I would highly recommend elevate property group to anyone. Thanks again to both Daniel and Joy for making the process so straight forward.

She was quite helpful in the initial stages and was always there to assist in our queries about the unit before we finally went a head. Thankfully, the process to finalize the paperwork was made easy for us too. Whilst there was some issues with the property when we move into our unit, Joy was on it as soon as possible to resolve our issues and it was done in a timely manner.
