After dealing with agents that are often slack to return calls, it was a breath of fresh air to work with Michael Murray and his team member, Juan. They treated their rental property with the same care and attention as a property for sale. Their video tour was professional, the images of the property gave a true sense of things and their customer service was second to none. I called in the morning requesting to view a property and Michael went above and beyond to ensure we could inspect it that same day and assisted with all stages of the application and follow up. They are a cut above the competition and made the often unpleasant task of finding a home a true pleasure.

"Responsive, flexible and caring"

We feel lucky to have landed Murray Property as our agent as tenants and are sorry to be moving on. "Down right the nicest agent you'll find out there."

Down right the nicest agent you'll find out there. To him it wasn't only about getting your piece of business but maintaining the relationship that follows. He genuinely cared for us (the tenants), which you must agree, is hard to say for most agents. Having him to mediate issues I had with the landlord/strata always led to a positive outcome. During the final inspection, Michael and Juan made sure to thoroughly check the condition of the apartment in preparation for the next tenant. They even cleaned minor areas that I overlooked, which shows their attention to detail. When I just moved in, I took for granted the excellent condition it was in, but little did I know it was part of their efforts as well that made my experience the best so far. I'd definitely recommend Murray Property to my friends and family.

About Juan Rangel

Juan first arrived in Sydney from Colombia in 2016. He initially intended to study English but fell in love with the city and is now embarking on a career in property management with Murray Property.

He joined the team at Murray Property in 2019 to pursue his passion for real estate and to fulfil his dream to work in Australia. Juan is bilingual in Spanish and English, and uses his excellent customer service skills to build relationships with both our tenants and property owners.
