Julia combines passion, local knowledge and hard work with the dedication needed to achieve the very best price possible. Cant recommend strongly enough.
It will be hard to put into words just how incredible the selling experience was with Julia Murphy as our agent. The entire process from start to finish was handled flawlessly and with so much care, attention to detail and professionalism provided throughout. From the moment we met Julia she provided us with so much comfort and confidence. Her knowledge of not just the area and market but the buyers could not have been more spot-on. Julia's planning of the entire campaign was done to absolute perfection and the end result a testament to the amount of hard work she put into every fine detail. I simply have no doubt without Julia we would not have achieved the result we did. I honestly cannot recommend Julia enough. If you are looking for a Sales Agent that knows her market and buyers, an agent that puts attention into every little detail of the campaign, one who is honest and builds rapport with not just you but her buyers then there simply won't be any better. From the bottom of our hearts we thank you, and what you achieved for us and the life this will provide for our young family.
I can only speak with the highest regard about the service that Julia provided for the sale of our property. Throughout the whole process she was incredibly impressive, professional and a delight to work with. She gave us an honest appraisal, marketed our property to the highest standard, nurtured interested buyers and achieved a stunning result. I am sooo glad we chose to go with Julia and cannot recommend her more highly. Thank you Julia!
