Selling our house to down size was daunting time for us as relatively new comers to the Gold Coast. The time had come, due to ill health and the size of our house, we needed a smaller place. We had contemplated for a week or so who to go with, a few companies had houses un the area that were still for sale months and months after the sign went up, they were going to be avoided as we wanted a fairly quick sale. Julie was like a long lost friend that over and put our minds at rest, a delightful lady who knows what she is talking about for the area, her work ethics are top notch and there is nothing she wouldn't do for you and she explains every step. we sold within a quick time frame and are delighted at the outcome.
