"Very warm personality, diligent and responsive"
Julie took over the sale of my apartment from her peer who left the company without notifying me. My property was in the market for months without any query or offer until Julie took it over. Within 2 weeks from her handling, she got the 1st offer which was far below my expectation. After 1 week, she got another offer which was 10% up from the last one. During the time of negation with purchaser, Julie helped to resolve issues with the purchaser to make the deal done.
