"Great Asset for the company!"
Julie made this leasing process really seamless and was done without advertising. Fantastic communication, commitment and follow up was done with the builder to make sure that the property was ready in time. Has excellent knowledge and eye for details when it comes to ensuring that all aspects are taken care before handover. She is a real asset for your organisation. Met a very different real estate agent after a long time.

"WOW!"
Wow, what can I say.! I may run out of room. Basically after years and years of heartache, tears and disappointment with agents, we finally found Julie Strnak. So far, Julie has not disappointed us at all, she is absolutely amazing, Julie worked really hard to assist us to put our property back on the market and then rented our property in less than 12 hours, after the previous agents were unsuccessful leaving our property vacant for nearly 3 months. Her attention to detail, her hard work and determination are a credit to her. I feel so thankful to have met Julie and feel our lives have changed dramatically, she has lifted the financial burden and the weight of the world from our shoulders. We are so excited to continue working with Julie and we highly recommend Julie to anyone who requires a professional property manager. 5stars. Julie is the best in the business. !

My experience with Ace Real Estate and Julie Strnak has been phenomenal. Julie is an amazing property manager and has provided exceptional service to me throughout the leasing of my two residential properties. Her work ethic and ability to handle everything for me has blown me away, and she was even able to have one home tenanted before the home was handed over to me or even hit the market ! I would recommend using Julie at Ace Real Estate without any hesitation. You must. Having an agency and property manager that can service any suburb has been a huge help. Dont look any further.
