Kasey Williams in particular has been wonderful to work with. She has been so responsive and courteous to our needs. She is so friendly and I already feel relaxed and at ease with her as my property manager. I highly recommend this company!

She is very responsive to queries, capable of coordinating repairs and maintenance effectively and efficiently (big plus for interstate investors like myself), and was able to secure a new tenant in less than a week at market value. Special mention to Ashleigh as well, who helped me navigate the Perth property market, and inspected properties for me! I highly recommend SOCO realty to anyone looking to buy property from interstate, or have their property managed!

Kasey has been so incredibly helpful with organising my rental. I was in dire straits and running out of time to move out of my previous accommodation.
