Didnt know what a good property management was until I started with your company. I just wanted to thank Kat for her excellent care in managing my property in Richmond. I am so impressed with Kats professionalism and service. Kat is always so prompt in answering any queries and actioning anything that requires attention. Now that we're finishing up at Saxon soon, I just wanted to pass on our gratitude for your wonderful service and assistance to us over the years. I've been a tenant for many years at several properties (none of which were managed by Rrent) and I've never had such good service from a real estate. You have always responded so promptly to our emails and any request has been actioned very quickly, and the whole time every email has been so kindly worded and friendly. I've told the couple applying for the lease transfer that if they move in, they're in excellent hands with you and Rrent. Please feel free to pass our gratitude about your help and professionalism during our tenancy on to your manager. I'm sure he's already aware of what an asset you are to the business.
