Kate's expertise, knowledge and communication skills were obvious throughout the selling of the property. She had a strong buyer clientele that proved essential in achieving the best auction result. The final purchase price easily exceeded our reserve. Will and Kate worked cohesively and that was reflected in the very successful auction. I could not recommend them more highly. Will was professional and focused on achieving the best price possible for the property. He had a plan on how he was going to sell it and adhered to it. He advised on price attainable and was correct. At the auction (which lasted more than 2 hours) he was able to keep the 4 parties bidding engaged for the whole of the auction and exceeded our reserve well above expectation. Could not recommend he or Kate more highly.
