"Exceptional Service"

Having used Kate Donaldson Real Estate for rental property management and for selling a property, we have found them exceptionally helpful in responding to any questions we have had. With help in furnishing the house for inspection, (loaning us some items), Kate achieved an excellent sale price for our property before it was even advertised, at a substantial saving in billboard and advertising costs. The sale was finalised within ten days. In every way possible, Kate and her staff made life as landlords in three tenancies and then as vendors, as simple as possible. We were made to feel like family, so were not surprised when one of our sons decided to lease his property through Kate (again finalised within a few days).
