"excellent to deal with"
Alex was excellent to deal with from the initial meeting through to the exchange of our property. He provided valuable insights into the market and was particularly good in helping us to prepare our property for sale. We were very satisfied with the pre-launch marketing activity and felt that prospective buyers were identified and approached prior. Both he and Kate were highly professional and very responsive to every query, suggestion or request. We received detailed feedback after each Open and almost daily calls throughout the campaign. They were a pleasure to deal with and we would definitely recommend them to anyone selling in the Inner West.

Alex and his team were amazing from start to finish. Alex is an excellent communicator and kept us up to date almost daily from the initial conversations, right through to post settlement. Alex coordinated the refresh of our home to make it most appealing to buyers, while keeping the budget appropriate. He has an army of tradies at his disposal who are available to start at short notice and come in and get the job done. Alex was flexible with the campaign - listening to buyer feedback and altering the campaign as needed which helped us achieve our desired outcome.
