When we found the house we wanted rent, it was crucial for us to finish all the reference checks, etc. in a relatively short timeframe. Kath was kind enough to push that through and finalised the offer in a very quick manner. The only "downside" of the whole process was that their agency doesn't use 1Form, so filling out the paperwork was a bit tedious - but the end result made it worth ;) The rest of the lease process (receiving final papers, keys, etc.) was also smooth, so thanks again for your help, Kath!
