When kathy took on the sale of our home, she took on a property beside a railway line with an uncertain settlement date and 16 years of clutter. With her positive attitude and personal manner, she guided us through the clutter to help us present a home that was unrecognisable to our family and friends. She then recognised our buyer at the very first Open House, two days after listing our property for sale. Her advice throughout the negotiations was invaluable and within two weeks we had achieved a record sale price for a railway property in our area. But Kathy's work was not finished. The settlement date could not be determined until our existing tile was realigned into two parcels of house and land (a further complication Kathy had to negotiate in the sale of our home). This required Kathy to regularly communicate with our buyers through the six months before we could settle on the property. Kathy's encouragement and patience throughout this process was second to none. We cannot thank her enough for her support and for achieving the price we needed to leave our family home.
