Katrina was a pleasure to deal with during our house search, she was responsive and helpful. She communicated efficiently to all of our requests and clarifications, including by phone, text messages and emails. Her dealings with prospective buyers is highly professional.
Katrina made us feel at ease from the very beginning. She communicated with us often and approached all aspects of the sale of our house as of it was her own, making it a relatively stress-free process. I highly recommend Katrina and would use her expertise again.
Katrina had the determination and skills to bring the sale to a successful conclusion
We purchased and sold over a ridiculously tight timetable with Katrina. So there was a fair bit of anxiety at our end. Katrina was calm, methodical, available and engaging through the whole process. She and Kieran make a great team at McGraths.
