Thank you for your tireless effort in the sale of our property, 10 Kokoda Crescent, Beacon Hill. Your approach and understanding relating to our home allowed us to be comfortable with you showing intended buyers through our home and got for us the desired sale. We are very happy to begin the next stage of our lives checking out the many very nice places out of but not far away from Sydney. We wish you all the best in your endeavours.
In late 2011 Ken sold my house in manly vale. I cant be happier with the service Ken provided. I was delighted with the ultimate result and was always in no doubt that he had my best interests in mind. I particularly valued Kens patience and persistence. He communicated well and discussed strategy. This not only left me with a sense of reassurance and trust but I understood the process and felt that I was able to contribute not that I had to Ken was way ahead of the game and I was very happy with the final sale price and the time it took to execute. I have no hesitation in recommending Ken as a safe and competent pair of hands if you need to sell your house.
A long overdue note to thank you and the entire Ray White Allambie Heights team for the friendly and professional manner in which you managed and then facilitated the sale of our investment property at 12 Binalong Avenue Allambie Heights. Living interstate, we were greatly appreciative of the high level of communication and follow up on all issues large and small. The whole selling process was made stress free through your thoroughly professional and no fuss manner; resulting in a speedy settlement and a selling price that exceeded our expectations. What has particularly impressed Amy and I is your teams ongoing efforts to resolve our tenant issues well after our contractual arrangements with Ray White had ceased; for this service above and beyond the call we are particularly appreciative. Thanks again Ken. I would be more than happy to recommend Ray White Allambie Heights to others.
On behalf of the President and members of the Inner Wheel Club of Northern Beaches we wish to thank you and your staff for your cooperation and assistance with our Tree of Joy at Christmas. It was a wonderful opportunity to give some pleasure to a number of the less fortunate in our area and it was great to see the community of Allambie rallied around to help. We hope that we will be able to continue with this activity this year. Once again, many thanks.
Selling a house at any time can be a challenge, doing so at the start of a global financial crisis was an incredibly daunting experience. Ken helped us find the right buyer at a price we were happy with in less than 2 months! A terrific achievement without any offensive salesman pushiness.
On behalf of the entire Allambie Netball Club, we would like to thank you very much for lending us your tent that we used for our carnival in August. It provided to be very beneficial for our players to rest between games out of the sun.
We wish to thank you and your staff for your professionalism and efficiency in assisting us with the purchase of the above property. We appreciate that you kept us informed by providing regular updates on the progress of the property and we certainly benefited from your advice and expertise in the Sydney real estate market. We will have no hesitation in recommending Ray White to any of our acquaintances who are involved in buying and selling property.
Ken and the team at Ray White Allambie have been incredibly helpful and straightforward in helping my wife and I purchase our first family home. Ken carefully identified homes that met our requirements and he took the time to give us a broad understanding of the property market in the area we wished to purchase. Whenever we called with questions or concerns Ken either answered them immediately or he quickly found the information for us, and he always returned messages promptly. I was extremely happy with the service we received and feel that we have purchased the ideal home. I will certainly use and recommend Kens services in the future.
Thank you for all your help and assistance in purchasing my new home. Your genuine pleasant and helpful manner whenever I approached you with a problem or request was much appreciated. For buying a home is something I dont do every day and your understanding of that and your patience is what I would recommend to others, and would bring me back to deal with you again. Also you always had time for me and not just rushing to the next thing. You certainly give Ray White a good reputation, but it was you Ken and my personal experience with you that left me with a good impression. You have some wonderful qualities to share with other members of the office in helping clients solve their problems, without stress and anxiety. For me many problems arose in buying my home and it was you alone who were interested in helping me solve these problems. So one again thank you for your genuine decency and generous caring spirit.
I would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere gratitude for your efforts in selling our home at Allambie Heights. From day one, you impressed us with your professionalism, care and dedication. You worked tirelessly throughout to achieve a successful sale and consistently exceeded our expectations. You made the difficult task of selling our home as easy as possible. You were there to provide advice, assistance and updates at every opportunity. More importantly, you delivered on every promise and at no stage pressured us into making decisions. Even after the sale, the assistance you provided with the purchase of our new home was invaluable, including the time you spent inspecting potential properties on our behalf. Ken, you provided an unrivalled customer experience and were an integral part of our team. We will not hesitate to use your services in the future and strongly recommend you and the team to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.
