I have recently sold my property in Beecroft by using the services of L.J.Hooker Lave Cove. I dealt directly with Stewart Kirkby Principal and Kerrie Robertson Senior Sales Agent. I highly commend both their professionalism, knowledge and ability to communicate clearly and comprehensively. These attributes are extremely important to vendors who are inexperienced and anxious about the sale of their property. Both Stewart and Kerrie always returned my calls if they were not immediately available, which indicates the respect they have for clients. The auction was conducted by Stewart, and I have no doubt that the price for which my property was sold, was a direct result of not only his skill, but his genuine belief in its value. Block record & an off market sale! What else can we say. Stewart, Kerrie, Poppy, Lisa, Jonie and the whole team at LJH Lane Cove have been nothing but fantastic in getting us a great result. Stewart and Kerrie guided my brother and I through the sale of our elderly mothers home in Riverview. They were knowledgeable about the area and provided wise advice and assistance in preparing the property for sale and advertising.
