"Worst property manager ever"
Not recommended at all. My property was managed by Kerry Lucas for only one month since settled. During the month, she asked me replace carpet($900), whole house electricity rewire due to a faulty bulb socket($8000) and water piping replacement ($600). I am very suspicious that Neol Jones Ringwood may get high commission from the REPLACEMENT (no maintenance at all!!) Also, Kerry was impossible to reach via email or phone. So, miscommunication always happened, but no apologies at all. I will never recommend Noel Jones because of her. Nasty people!!
