Kial undertook the sale of my unit at Pt Melb by engaging with me from the start. We took a couple of options but settled on the standard marketing plan. The unit was dressed well and gained the price I was looking for and was a lot higher than earlier offers. He kept in touch frequently and was responsive to my follow up calls. The sale completed as expected with the contract and administrative work efficiently done.
