A HUGE thanks to Kieran Huisman with Melbourne Residential Real Estate for selling my apartment at 403/238 Flinders Street, Melbourne City. Kieran and I first engaged when he contacted me and introduced himself because my tenant was moving out and I had plan to sell this investment property I bought 8 years ago. I found Kieran to be extremely transparent and honest in his approach and I was very impressed by his knowledge in the local real estate market. Kieran mapped out a very effective marketing plan to list my property in the perfect time. He then successfully qualified a number buyers within a short period of 2 days despite such a tough market caused by the pandemic situation. During the sales process, he provided timely, accurate and professional reporting. Not to mention, he never missed a call or an email from me and the prospective buyers which made the process much smoother. Even though I received a pretty good offer from the heart buyer, Kieran still made the effort to negotiate for me in order to achieve the best selling price possible. I highly recommend Kieran to everyone who is looking for a friendly, trustworthy and ethical real estate agent! Shan Li
