Kim made the purchase of my first home in Australia fast and fair. She was able to get speedy answers from the vendors and was available for viewings at times that worked for me as a professional in the city. I'm very much looking forward to joining the neighbourhood.
Outstanding knowledge of the market coupled with highly effective communication skills.
It was a pleasant experience in dealing with Kim. She has been very helpful throughout the process and willing to help even after the settlement.
Kim sold my property within 5 weeks in a rather difficult market. She was accurate with her assessment of the market conditions and was forthright in her advice. Advice that I am now very glad I took. All up a very satisfactory result.
As a first time home buyer Kim just made the experience easy. She was available and organised additional viewings of the property. I found her to be honest in all her communications.
Me and my partner were in touch with Kim for over 8 months on a block of land which we have now purchased, we had to do a few things before we could purchase ie sell our house and get new loan. Kim was great to deal with over this time couldnt have been more helpful answered the questions we had helping us all the way the only down side to now owning this block is we wont be in touch with Kim as much, if we sell in the future or buy again we wont be going past her, a pleasure to deal with thank you again Kim.
Kim was great to deal with and goes the extra mile.
Very professional and friendly. Considerate of both buyer and seller and kept me informed at all times.
Kim made the purchase process very smooth and simple and was readily available for any questions we had both during and after the sale process. Thanks Kim, we will be in touch soon regarding selling our previous property!
I found Kim to be an enthusiastic and skilled agent who is aware that their is more to selling houses than money. (Of course that is important, though!) Kim was very kind, considerate and passionate about the sentimental value our house had to us as we fare-welled our childhood home and all it's associated memories. She was up front and honest, positive and reassuring and did her best to get the best price for us. Thanks!
