Kim's professional advice about expectations for the sale price and timeframes were spot-on when we were selling our place in Gunn recently. Kim's positive approach, review of the property and advice on preparation for market was timely and accurate. Kim is a genuine, honest and funny person, as well as being ultra professional. 5 stars for service, humour in the process of selling, and being responsive to our needs when we were interstate. Humming ..... "you're simply the best!"
My partner and I bought a family house in Bees Creek, thanks to Kim who supported us from day one to the final settlement . Kim showed us some properties on market and asked us to see what will suit us. Of course we worked around our budget . Kim is great with her communication skills, and empathetic . Thank you Kim , you made our dream come true And thank you for our gift on the settlement day
Kim is amazing. Sold my house first opening. Well done and thank you
Kim was amazing through the whole sale process, keeping us informed of developments and handling everything while we had moved interstate - even a final tidy up of the property at settlement. Highly recommend!!
