Kim's professional advice about expectations for the sale price and timeframes were spot-on when we were selling our place in Gunn recently. Kim's positive approach, review of the property and advice on preparation for market was timely and accurate. Kim is a genuine, honest and funny person, as well as being ultra professional. 5 stars for service, humour in the process of selling, and being responsive to our needs when we were interstate.
