"Exceptional Service"
Kirstin and her team were amazing from the very first phone call from her right up until settlement. The service was personable and with the constant updates we knew exactly what was going on with the sale of our house. They went above and beyond to get the best outcome for myself and my family. I would recommend the Semple team to anyone selling or buying property.

"Exceptional Services"
We dealt with both Kirsten and Brian from Semple and they were both extremely lovely. The whole process was simple, fast and we were kept up to date every step of the way. i would 100% recommend Semple to anyone!

Kirstin and Josephine where both extremely knowledgeable, upfront and honest from the start - setting out a plan and ultimately delivering over and above. Day or night they both where available to put my mind at ease and made it a trouble free and smooth process from start to finish. "Extremely Professional and Friendly"
From the moment I met Kirstin I was filled with absolutely confidence. Her passion and knowledge was a stand out. Kirstin and her team were quick to respond throughout the entire transaction and always did so with a smile. Kirstin & Brian discussed their strategy and what they believed it was worth when I met them for an appraisal and 2 weeks later I was signing an O&A. Our family home sold within days of going to market, with 30 families going through the 2 home opens we were then presented with multiple offers!!! I cannot recommend Kirstin enough for all she has done.
