"Nothing short of a miracle worker"

Kristy Bransden has been nothing short of a miracle worker for me. Kristy sold my dad's house in St Helens but then continued to provide us with her services the whole way through my dad purchasing a house in QLD while still in St. Helens. Not only did Kristy go above and beyond for my family to make this move as smooth as possible her professionalism prevented the process from completely overwhelming my dad. I could not recommend her high enough. Thank you Kristy, my family will not forget your kindness and professionalism.

"Superb customer service and response."

My rental property was initially managed by a different agent. I had to continuously follow-up on updates and progress of repair works required on it. However, since Kristy took over the management of the property, all the improvement works was quoted and completed within less than a week. Kristy's response time to coordinate and resolve issues on the property was impeccable and swiftly dealt with, meeting the need of the tenant and my expectation as the landlord. Youre rest assured your property is in good hands. If anyone is as lucky as I am to have Kristy manage their rental property.

"Most obliging and helpful person I have ever dealt with"

I had been living in the USA for the past 20 years and upon my return to Australia had no references or any idea what to do about renting decent accommodation. I put in an application to Rain & Horne in Gisborne for a home close to my daughter. Kristy Bransden called me and guided me through and helped me get my first rental in Australia. Kristy is probably the most obliging and helpful person I have ever dealt with. She is warm, friendly and explained the whole process to both my husband and myself. Kristy also worked with the landlord explaining our situation and we ended up in a brand new home in a quiet neighbourhood which was way beyond our expectations. If you are looking for someone to follow through and address your needs, the Raine & Horne are a reliable and accommodating agents. Suzanne who also works at Raine & Horne, helped me with any queries we had. I gave them a 5 star rating because their service is outstanding.
