"Horrible Agent"

Kylee was finding the smallest cosmetic problems with my home and making a huge issue out of it. We used the company she recommended do the clean (didn't do it through her as the surcharge was ridiculous) she then returned with a list of 40 things that weren't done up to her OCD mentally challenged standard. Then charged us to get the company we already used back to do the work they apparently didn't do well enough. I would not recommend this psychopath to anyone as an agent, she is self obsessed, horribly rude and rarely replies to emails or calls.
