Promised a great result and got it quickly.
Kyle was brilliant. We had never sold a house before so had no idea of the process. Kyle answered all ourquestion, walked us through the sale all the way andhad our house sold in four weeks!
It was Kyle who suggested I put my house on the market and I had a firm offer and deposit taken after only 2 weeks, He was spot-on in his assessment of the price I could get. He was pleasantto talk to and realistic in his appraisal of potential buyers.
Kyle said he could sell it quickly after being with another agent for some months. Was not just talk, within 10 days the property was sold and for the price we wanted. Highly recommended.
Kyle is an excellent communicator and demonstrated exceptional negotiation talent. Thanks very much for all your efforts in selling my property.
We found Kyle to be up-to-date and very knowledgeable about the current market. He knew what he was doing right from the start. Very very happy with the result on the sale of our house.
Kyle had great knowledge of the market and dealingwith him was a breeze! When I had questions or concerns he was able to answer them for me and he got us a great result within a week of listing with him!
This is the second house Kyle has sold for us and Kyle has exceeded our expectations every step of the way. Thank you Kyle and Brad for getting our house sold and at a great price.
We had been working with Kyle for the last year to find a new house and finally decide to sell our own. He was great thoughout the process and we managed to sell off market. Deffinently recommend Kyle.
Great communication. Hard worker. Sensible advice.
