Lakshmi gave us good insights in terms of buyer demographics and provided thoughtful input into the styling of the property. As committed she setup and ran a successful 3 week campaign. Her enthusiasm, customer focus yielded a great outcome for us and for all involved. Thanks Lakshmi for the great result and for being available anytime we had a question.
I wasn't going to write a review but it kept turning up in my IN box so I've given in. She's charming - but it was her colleague that sold my place and he kept in contact more often than she did. However, it was her that persuaded me to list with them so I give her full credit for that. She has great enthusiasm, but I'd recommend that you keep her on her toes.
The selling process with Lakhsmi was very enjoyable, she delivered us the correct advice at the correct time considering the market conditions. We strongly recommend Lakhsmi and Harcourts to property owners looking to sell their property.
She was helpful and has assisted me throughout the process.
Lakshmi is a good agent.
Lakshmi is exceptional with her knowledge about the market. She made us do the right things inside the house before the property went to Market. she was very informative and supportive. She knew what she was doing. She overdelivered our expectations and we are very happy with the result.
Lakshmi is a talented person who produce result..She is highly respected and can get the best price. .She cannot be happier for the price which you got for our sale..
