Initially we rented with LJHooker Cleveland and as tenants we were asked to work hard in cleaning the property to receive a full bond refund, which lead us to make the choice to rent our property with LJHooker Cleveland. Lee doesn't waste words & fill you with spin, he clearly explains every move & every part of the process. Lee will tell you if you are pushing the market boundaries, politely. He contacted us after every open house by phone and discussed what was happening with our property. A death in the family complicated things a bit but Lee was still able to manage the sale of our property in what we felt was a shot time lapse, and the buyers were very understanding in regards to this as there were some complications. Lee was very efficient in all aspects of the sale. Very straight forward in all conversations which was very appreciated. We knew everything that was going on with the sale from the moment it happened. The only thing was he over estimated a bit on the starting price, but it all worked out in the end.
