I bought a house in Footscray through Bond Estate Agents. They have extensive experience and knowledge within the local area. I found Lee very diligent, professional and extremely patient. They went above and beyond with my additional request to ensure the settlement went smoothly.Bond Estate Agents are also currently managing my rental properties, I would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell, buy or rent within the local area.
I have recently bought a house in Footscray from Lee Marks. Lee is a lovely and genuine gentleman that I came across. He is an extremely professional, and great negotiator with ample experiences in the real estate industry and extensive knowledge of the local areas. I bought a house through Bond Estate Agents. I found them to be personable, professional and always prompt to come back with replies to my questions. Both Dorina and Lee went over and above to help me through the process. I would recommend.
What a fabulous team ... What a fabulous team ... I interviewed 3 Agencies and 2 of those were your usual corporate types pushing the Auction route even in a cooling market... Lee Marks spoke my language gauge the market and base the campaign on the feedback. Bond is a small but highly professional group of talented agents each brings something to the table.. Lee organised a very professional stylist who had a cleaner in on Anzac Day house styled the next day 1st open 2 days later...2 open for inspections and we where putting up the SOLD sticker the board was only up for a week.. And the price exceeded all expectations.... 5 stars doesn't do it justice..just remarkable...
