Liam worked tirelessly and was always available to me if I had any questions/queries about the selling process. He always did what he said he would do and kept me informed of any dealings related to my house.
Liam knows the real estate industry inside out and was right on the money with how the market was going and the buyer's needs. We felt like we knew what was happening every step of the way through Liam's regular communication. He is mature, professional and most importantly hospitable, as he makes everyone feel comfortable with his genuine and honest feedback. Jess and I highly recommend Liam to assist with buying or selling your property and will definitely work with him for our next sale.
We have nothing but praise for Liam & his team.Liam is a real professional extremely prompt during the whole campaign, with regular updates throughout. We have no hesitation in recommending Liam to any prospective vendor, as he is a person of great integrity with a tireless work ethic.
We recently purchased a new property in Sandringham with Liam as the Agent. From the initial inspection and throughout the process Liam was extremely helpful and facilitative with all our enquiries and did this without any undue pressure being applied. His service was friendly but professional and what is generally a stressful process he assisted with information and prompt responses at every turn and this service continued even post sale. It was great to work with him.
