"A Pleasure to deal with"
I have engaged Lisa's services on 2 occasions now and both with great success. The first time I dealt with her she managed to sell our property for the asking price within 3 weeks. This was after another agent took almost 8 months. The process itself was seamless and certainly took the pressure off my wife and I at a difficult time in our lives. The second time I had no doubt that she was the person for the job and engaged her services recently again. This sale was even quicker than the first as she had a signed deal within 3 days of the first viewing and for a higher price than we had expected. Again an extremely efficient and smooth process with little if not no stress for at all. Lisa is well versed and knows the market well. She is very positive both in manner and her thinking and I am yet to fault her. I have found her to be friendly, very polite and pleasant with ideas and plans way ahead of us at most times. She communicates well and always keeps us updated without being prompted. I do not like to recommend people as I have had a few bad experiences over the years but on this occasion have no problem recommending her services. In fact if I were to ever sell any property in the future I will be using Lisa and nobody else. Thank you Lisa for another project excellently executed. Well done and good luck with your next sale!

It was a great experience with Lisa in finding our first home. Lisa understood our requirement of the house when we contacted her when we saw the property being listed. On the day of inspection she explained us the features of the house and answered all our queries. Lisa has very good knowledge on the real estate market. Her professionalism, courtesy, advise and honesty were first class and this made me and my wife comfortable in dealing with Lisa. She explained us the complete process of putting in an offer and how the entire process works and the time frames. Lisa kept us informed about the status of our offer made and the final outcome too within the timeline specified. The entire process of putting in an offer to signing the contract was seamless and very professional from Lisa. "Friendly and hard working real estate agent"
I first met Lisa Suryawan at a house inspection in Craigieburn and found her to be very friendly and inviting. Though I didn't buy that particular house, I told her the type of house I was looking for. Within a few weeks, I received a call back from Lisa saying she had found a house I might be interested in. We arranged for an inspection of the house and I now own the house and I love it. In working with Lisa throughout the process of house hunting and then purchasing a house, I have found her to be very knowledgeable in her field and very hard working. Being a first home buyer, I often felt stressed and anxious about the process, however Lisa was very reassuring and helpful in easing my stress. If I didn't understand something or needed clarification, she always provided me with answers promptly. When meeting with her in person, she was always on time, prepared for the meetings and friendly towards myself and family members who attended. Lisa provided excellent communication between myself, the vendor and my conveyancer and was always prompt in passing on information. I highly recommend anyone searching for a home to employ the services of Lisa and the Xynergy team. I appreciate all the work she put in for me and wholeheartedly thank her for finding me a new home.
