"Poor experience"
Lore was really unprofessional and difficult to work with. Her communication was of a poor standard. Im glad she is no longer my property manager.

"Terrible"
Lore was a terrible real estate manager. She had an awful demeanour with us- was hard to get in contact with. Was condescending and out to take our bond - she approved repairs at end of lease we has no knowledge of. She also blamed us for damage a Gardener of her choice for breaking one of our glass doors. Her communication was terrible and fragmented - we even struggled to get a reference off her for another house. She lied about never receiving the application when I spoke to her assistant who said she did. Would not recommend her for anything
