Louise was in charge of selling our investment property and we would highly recommend her to any of our friends. Her experience was a huge asset when it came to time to sell, especially with the amount of stress that comes with the sales process. She has an extended knowledge of the market around her area and has a very honest approach. She performed extremely well and gave precious advice that made the sale much smoother. We were in a complicated situation which made the sale difficult (obnoxious next door neighbour, garage issue, common areas not well looked after by strata manager and the icing on the cake was that another neighbour decided to sell few weeks after our unit was on the market) She had an in depth understanding of every issue we encountered and when it came to troubleshooting, she would always come up with some new resources. She has fantastic communication skills and would go to great length to get things done in a perfect way. She came to us highly recommended and we can only recommend her even more.
