"Do not reccommend"

We purchased a property from Louise at DQ and it was the worse experience ever. It was our first home and admittedly we were nave but she fully capitalized on this fact. We were lied to about planning on structures in the garden, about reticulation, about furniture the previous owners wanted to leave us, about move in date......need I go on? Every question we asked over email she called and answered leaving us no trail to go back to, again nave on our part but we put all our trust in her and she was a good liar. After speaking to the sellers, they had the same experience and we were all left with a very bitter taste in our mouths. I hate to leave a bad review but I am compelled to for two reasons, firstly multiple other people have shared the same experience with us so this is clearly not a one off and secondly as we are now liaising with another agent it has become clear the service we should have received. I would hate anyone else to experience what we did, we have had two years of regrets over buying the house and looking forward to putting it all behind us.
