"Extremely rude and unprofessional"

Our experience at Harcourts Living, Cornubia started out great, and we had a wonderful property manager. Suddenly, without any communication, Chloe was gone, and Louise became our property manager. Since we decided to not renew our lease, I have had to communicate with Louise, and it has been an extremely unprofessional and miserable experience. No apologies given even when she accidentally forwarded me a email of herself and her colleagues bad mouthing me. Just finger pointing that I have been contacting too much, rather than reviewing their own lack of communication. Louise is clearly in the wrong job, and has not patience, tolerance or empathy for other human beings, which is surprising as shes described on their website as the calm yoga teacher.
