"If I could give zero stars I would"

This has been by far the worst experience Ive ever had with a real estate agency. Communication is practically non-existent, and when you do finally get a response, its either delayed, vague, or completely unhelpful. Ive been given the runaround on multiple occasions, especially when it came to confirming booking dateswhich were changed several times without proper noticeand receiving important documents like invoices. Basic tasks required constant chasing, and there was a complete lack of professionalism and accountability throughout. Its incredibly frustrating to be treated like an afterthought when youre just trying to get clarity and action on simple matters. To make things worse, the agent has claimed damages that are not the tenants fault. She booked in a repair, changed the date twice, and Ive now had to follow up three times just to receive a copy of the invoice, which Im still waiting on. At this point, it feels like Im being scammed, and Im chasing documentation just to prove that the repair was even completed. This is not how a professional agency should operate. Avoid this agency at all costs and save yourself the stressgo with someone who values transparency and respects their clients time.
