Excellent service and professionalism, Lucas made my listing look great. Great communication, highly recommended for anyone selling their home.
Excellent agent. Was able to organise the auction efficiently and with great communication. Overall, I would definitely recommend Lucas Bourke.
We needed to sell Mum's house some distance from where we live. On engaging Lucas he gave us an accurate market valuation, worked hard to display the home, gave us feedback after every step and sold the property at the value that he gave us at the start of the process. We are happy to recommend Lucas as a thoroughly professional agent.
We were really happy with our experience with Lucas. He helped us to set realistic goals and we happily achieved them. His communication with potential buyers was brilliant, I was home so was able to hear him share his knowledge of our house which was fabulous. Definitely recommend Lucas to anyone buying/selling.

Lucas is a great person that you always feel confident and comfortable with. He was in constant communication throughout the sale and we spoke not only about the sale, but also about the market and the market interstate. We also spoke about our children who both play rep basketball for the sale organisation, he was a wealth of knowledge in this area. I would not hesitate in recommendig him. His advice, knowledge and attitude ensure you have the utmost trust in him. 10/10
